The announcement has been made that Marvels: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be returning to ABC on September 23, 2014. The new time slot for the show is going to be 9:00 pm.
I have to admit, i’m excited to see where the show is going to go. Agent Garrett, after going a bit crazy, has died. Fitz was injured but still alive. Also, we get to see Agent Koenig’s brother/clone/?? Billy and wonder what part he will play. Agent Coulson was promoted to Director by Nick Fury. Ward survived, although his foot had a few holes from the nails May drove into him. Coulson is tasked with rebuilding SHIELD. Also, Mike Peterson aka Deathlok left saying he needed to make things right after things he was forced to do by HYDRA. I don’t know about you, but i’m curious to learn more about Skye and her father who we see at the end of the last episode.
There is so much to cover, I can’t wait to see how the writers bring it all today. Keep in mind also, Avengers 2 is due out in May and I’m sure since Thor and Captain America were tied into the series, Avengers 2 will be also.
