Valentine Date Ideas from Disney Movies

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, so I went looking for something fun to share for the occasion. Here’s some cute ideas for Disney themed dates, and what you could possibly wear on them, courtesy of the Disney Style Blog! Enjoy!

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, but before you stress and scramble to come up with the best setting for your romantic evening, take a hint from your favorite Disney dates! We’ve pulled some of our favorite date ideas, along with what to wear, to make your Valentine’s Day evening one to remember.

There’s a simplicity to spaghetti-sharing that makes an easy romantic evening. Set up a table for two outside your own home, or ask for the quiet patio of an Italian restaurant to enjoy the privacy. Your sweetheart will love reenacting the classic scene from Lady and the Tramp.

While it would be a dream to take a magic carpet ride, it’s the thought that counts. Look up the highest, accessible, public point in town so you can look over the lights of the city below. Set up a rug for an outdoor picnic under the stars. You can even stay on theme by bringing an arrangement of Mediterranean food samplings.

It’s easy to be focused on one another when you’re alone together in the woods. While it’s unlikely that you’ll be near a jungle like this one, you may live close to a hiking trail. Enjoy a silly day in the woods with your sweetheart, like Simba and Nala.

In The Aristocats, Thomas O’Malley takes Duchess and the kittens to the grooooviest jam session of alley cats. Take your valentine to a local jazz club or live music venue, listen to some funky beats, and have a swingin’ good time.

Thanks to Disney Style for the pics and ideas!
