Disney on Broadway Shines at Epcot’s Festival of the Arts! The Epcot International Festival of the Arts is underway through February 23, and is a fan favorite every year. There’s amazing food to try, art booths to shop, but a highlight of the festival is definitely the Disney on Broadway concert series. Recently, we were treated to an exclusive panel with some of the performers in the series this year: Adam Jacobs and Isabelle McCalla from Disney’s Aladdin, Sierra Boggess from The Little Mermaid and Jelani Remy from The Lion King.

During the panel, we learned that it is Sierra Boggess’ first time doing the Disney on Broadway concert series, which she said was surreal and extremely exciting to her. All of the performers are lifelong Disney fans, and recalled their childhood memories of going to the parks. From riding Space Mountain for the first time, to remembering the feeling of seeing Fantasmic early on in their lives. It was really nice to hear that they’re just like us, grown up Disney kids! Think about it, how amazing would it be to go from a park goer, to actually performing at Walt Disney World? Surreal indeed! They didn’t really give any spoilers away as to the themes of what their performances will be, but we had some guesses. Hearing their stories made it even more exciting to know that they are part of the spectacular Broadway concerts this year. I’ll post the panel at the bottom of the page so you can hear for yourself! Here’s the concert information, you won’t want to miss out!
