Holiday Churro from Celestial Snacks in Universal Epic Universe
Dedicated Discover Universal Blog readers know that it’s established lore that Santa Claus has a workshop in Celestial Park. So it’s no surprise that Celestial Snacks would want to honor the man in red with his very own treat! The Holiday Churro features a gingerbread churro, peppermint marshmallow topping, holiday sprinkles, and a white chocolate Santa.
In the mood for a sweet churro chaser? I like the way you think. Stop by Frosty Moon and try their exclusive holiday flavor, Chocolate Peppermint Soft Serve! Because the only thing better than a churro, as we all know, is a churro à la mode.
Snickerdoodle Crêpe from Central Park Crêpes in Universal Studios Florida
Sure, you can satisfy your sweet (or savory) tooth at Central Park Crêpes all year round — but during the Holidays at Universal, you can turn things up to a holly jolly 11 by indulging in a Snickerdoodle Crêpe! This treat combines cinnamon mascarpone spread, snickerdoodle crumbles, whipped cream, and holiday sugar dust into a creation that’s worth getting on the naughty list for. (Although if you ask me, there’s nothing naughty about indulging in sweet treats during the holiday season! I just recommended you pair a churro with ice cream, after all.)
The Elegant Ornament from TODAY Cafe in Universal Studios Florida
Time to decorate the tree! Let’s see, I’ve got a commemorative felt stingray from the aquarium, a hidden pickle, a rainbow star on top… what’s missing? Oh, yeah: an Elegant Ornament, of course! Available at TODAY Cafe, this ornament is even sweeter than your most sentimental decoration, being that it’s made of chocolate crème brûlée with a white chocolate peppermint center.
Disclaimer: I don’t actually recommend hanging this on your tree. You’re better off pairing it with some hot chocolate and enjoying both as you watch Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s!
Santa’s Christmas Crème Puff from San Francisco Bakery & Croissant Moon
As we learn from a very formative age, it’s best practice to leave cookies and milk out for Santa on Christmas Eve. But why not mix it up this year and leave out Santa’s Christmas Crème Puff? This chantilly-cream-filled puff with mocha cookie butter will be a guaranteed hit — although if you’re more eager to enjoy it yourself than leave it by the fireplace, I wouldn’t blame you. It’s a simple fact that an espresso martini is the perfect dessert beverage. A sweet sip with a little caffeine boost — what could be better than that? The answer is, of course, an espresso martini with a punny, holiday-themed name. Enter: Espress-O Come All Ye Faithful, available at Green & Red Coconut Club in Universal CityWalk. Made with vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, white crème de menthe and cold brew concentrate with a crushed candy cane rim, this is sure to warm you up inside as you enjoy the holiday overlay in CityWalk’s most festive club!
