Victoria & Albert’s is a restaurant in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Lake Buena Vista, named after Queen Victoria and Albert, Prince Consort and has received AAA’s Five Diamond Award every year since 2000.
Candidates for Five Diamond Award undergo multiple unannounced evaluations and a final decision by a panel of experts. Using guidelines weighted by member priorities, inspectors evaluate food quality, guest services and physical attributes to assess the level of competence, refinement and hospitality before assigning a rating of one to five diamonds.
Five Diamond restaurants represent just 0.2 percent of the more than 30,000 AAA-approved and diamond-rated restaurants. Florida ranks third among states with the greatest number of Five Diamond establishments that include 12 hotels and three restaurants.
