This July we shared with you that Pizza Planet would be getting re-themed during it’s refurbishment and would reopen as a Muppets themed Pizzeria called PizzeRizzo. Today we are excited to announced that we now have an official opening date and more information on the theming for this two-story counter service located in the Muppets Courtyard.
Starting November 18th guests of Hollywood Studios can enjoy personal-sized pizza in vegetable, pepperoni, meat lovers and cheese, Antipasto Salad, and Meatball subs, all entrees will come with a side Caesar salad. Desserts will include Tiramisu and Cannolis, and specialty drinks like non-alcoholic Wildberry-Basil Lemonade Limoncello and Peach Bellini and adult beverages will be available!
The new location is inspired by that famous Muppet rat Rizzo. While at PizzeRizzo you can see a wedding reception complete with disco ball and party music in the upstairs ” Rizzo’s Deluxe Supreme Banquet Hall” and more!
