‘DuckTales’ Theme Gets A Groovy Makeover

One of our TMSM members sent us this story and we decided to post it for all to see and listen to.  This story is from ksat.com out of San Antonio.

Ever wondered what the “DuckTales” theme song would sound like as a smooth R&B jam?

Imagine no more.

Postmodern Jukebox, the same crew that created a doo-wop version of the hit “Timber,” has slowed down the Disney hit’s theme song and paired it with some masterful vocals and a sensual jam band for, well, something surprisingly good.

The cover is part of the group’s Saturday Morning Slow Jam series, which takes old cartoon songs and infuses them with 1990s R&B.
