Epcot’s Candlelight Processional Returns November 29th

On November 29th, 2013 the Candlelight Processional returns to Epcot.  This is one of the big events that takes place in Walt Disney World during the holiday season.

The Candlelight Processional brings in various celebrities to narrate the Christmas story with a 50-piece orchestra and choir performing the music of the season.  The shows takes place at the America Gardens Theater stage nightly from November 29 – December 30 at 5:00, 6:45, and 8:15 p.m.  On December 8th only,  the shows are  at 6:45 and 8:15 p.m.

This year’s Candlelight Processional narrators are:

• Dec. 2-3 – Neil Patrick Harris
• Dec. 4-5 – Ashley Judd
• Dec. 6-7 – Whoopi Goldberg
• Dec. 8-10 – Sigourney Weaver
• Dec. 11-13 – Dennis Haysbert
• Dec. 14-16 – James Denton
• Dec. 17-19 – Edward James Olmos
• Dec. 20-22 – Trace Adkins
• Dec. 23-25 – TBA
• Dec. 26-28 – Blair Underwood
• Dec. 29-30 – Amy Grant

Disney also offers Candlelight Dining Packages, which includes dinner at one of the Epcot restaurants, reserved seating for the Candlelight Processional and also VIP seating for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.
