Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is one of our favorite spots to visit. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing, plus the food is amazing. PRIDE MONTH COOKIES AT THE COOKIE BAR: Now through Tuesday, June 30, Summer House on the Lake is celebrating Pride Month with a special sweet treat, the Rainbow Sugar Rush cookie! The cookie gives your classic sugar cookie a glow-up with rainbow sprinkles and a colorful frosting design, with a portion of proceeds from sales of the cookie, available for $5.50 each, plus tax, donated to The Trevor Project, a national non-profit supporting LGBTQ+ youth (ages 13 – 24) with 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention services.
FATHER’S DAY, SUNDAY JUNE 21: Add an extra dash of sunshine to Father’s Day with a visit to Summer House on the Lake! Stop by for specials like the Ham and Cheddar Scramble ($18.95) during Weekend Brunch from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and dinner specials like Bone-in Prime Beef Ribeye ($73.95) and Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut ($39.95) from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. 4TH OF JULY: Enjoy Summer House on the Lake’s weekend brunch menu, your favorites from the main dining menu, and more throughout 4th of July weekend! The sun-soaked restaurant will be open from 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM, offering a holiday brunch menu until 2:00 PM.
SUMMER CRAB DINNER, THURSDAY, JULY 30: Celebrate peak summer season with Summer House on the Lake‘s Crab Dinner on Thursday, July 30 from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers like fried and raw oysters, then dive into a laid-back, shell-cracking feast inspired by a classic Mid-Atlantic seafood boil, featuring a multi-course spread of Chesapeake blue crabs, Maryland oysters, shrimp, corn, and potatoes. Between bites, sip ice-cold beer and Summer House’s signature rosé. Tickets are $84.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
