Original Encanto Cast Confirmed to Return for New Disney’s Animal Kingdom Attraction. Recently, Jared Bush, co-director of Encanto, confirmed that the original cast has returned to record dialogue for the new Encanto attraction, which will be part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s newest land, Tropical Americas. Bush shared, “Almost done recording our entire original cast. Being back in the booth with everyone is the absolute best!”

The new Tropical Americas area at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is set to open in 2027. Disney has stated that the attraction will go beyond the film.
