Every month on the 1st, we get to hear from Gideon’s Bakehouse on their socials as to what kind of goodies they have planned for both of their locations. But let’s focus on Disney Springs! Longest. January. Ever. Let’s see how February treats us. This month brings a Sentimental Cookie Release to Celebrate the Month of Love! Hearkening back to the Strawberry Cremes in your Valentine’s box of candy, this Limited Edition Strawberry Cookie is a carefully crafted Strawberry Dough created with our housemade Strawberry Puree. We fill that loving dough with Dark Chocolates and sprinkle the top with our Strawberry Infused Sugar. Unlike chocolate strawberry candies, you won’t find any food coloring or extracts here. Our strawberry is sourced directly from Mother Earth!

Eternal Flame! One of my favorite Cookies and this one really annoys you spicy food bb’s! Our Velvety Chocolate Cookie is laced with our special house-made Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries. Available every weekend in February at both locations. Limit 2 per person. Heat Level to our palate: Medium
This is a great month for Cake Slices, so be sure to check out the monthly schedule! Sundays bring the Eternal Flame Cake! This gorgeous creation is a 3-Layer Double Frosted Chocolate work of art! One layer is a lovingly made Red Cherry Buttercream, and the outer layer brings the intensity with a Chocolate Fudge Buttercream mixed with a little bit of that Eternal Flame spice. The Fire & Iced Coffee offers you a smooth Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a warm spicy finish. WE LOVE THIS ONE SO MUCH!!! For those of you who love that kick, this is the Cold Brew you’ve been waiting for! Heat Level to our palate: Fairly spicy if you drink it fast enough! Only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs!
