This $15 Million Home Is Located Less Than 10 Miles From All 4 Disney World Theme Parks

The home is currently for sale in Golden Oak, which is a 980-acre development that is made up of approximately 300 single-family houses spread across eight neighborhoods. According to public records, it seems this is the first time the house has been on the market since it was constructed in 2019.
For those not familiar with Golden Oak, typically homes sell in the range of $3.5 to $11.5 million. According to Chris Christensen from Premier Sothetby’s International Realty, who is holding the listing, the community completely sold out last year cousin prices to increase dramatically.
It’s also worth noting that all residents of this exclusive community are required to be members of a private club, known as the Golden Oak Club, which costs $19,000 per year.
