Shopping is always a magical experience at Disney Springs filled with unique Disney finds around every corner. From magical and trendy fashion at World of Disney and DisneyStyle to co-branded Disney merchandise with brands you know and love such as UNIQLO, kate spade new york, LEVI’S and more. Columbia Sportswear is another favorite shop of mine that offers functional and fun apparel with recent designs celebrating “Frozen 2” and Star Wars. Their most recent collection just released a few weeks ago featuring our pal, Mickey Mouse and it has me grinning from ear to ear!
Introducing the special-edition Disney x Columbia collection—celebrating a true Disney original with gear designed for enjoying the outdoors on magical adventures near and far. It’s perfect for travel and includes classic and highly-functional apparel pieces such as comfy T-shirts, cozy fleece, sweaters, jackets, shorts and more all available in men, women and children sizes. Columbia Sportswear is well-known for its top technologies for staying cool, dry, and protected in the elements and the Disney x Columbia collection offers just that with a little more magic, of course.
Fans of Mickey Mouse will love the artwork featured in the collection which shows Mickey Mouse exploring the wonder of nature drawn by Jeff Shelly, Disney Director of Character Art. Some of my favorite features in the collection include custom screen prints, stow-able “mouse ears”, iconic colors, and Mickey silhouettes on everything with sun-deflecting technology and heat-releasing air vents. Keep an eye out for the Ibex Jacket, a rain-ready classic that features Mickey’s iconic ears on the storm hood, which can be tucked in or proudly displayed.
