Last night, we were invited to the media preview of the new restaurant at Disney Springs, Jaleo, by José Andrés. Jaleo is located on the west side of Disney Springs, near the movie theater and Splitsville. The outside of the restaurant is impressive, but it’s even more amazing on the inside.
