If you’re looking for extra help while navigating around Disney’s Magic Kingdom, this is great news! The Magic Kingdom now has Guest Experience Team locations around the park. These special kiosks offer guests a place for questions, directions, and basically most things that the Guest Relations area would handle.
The Cast Member I spoke with said that this new team reaches out and actually looks for guests who may need assistance. Also, at some locations, there is a digital screen with wait times for all of the attractions at the park. This is great if you are having problems accessing the app or are just looking for a fast answer on wait times.
These kiosks are currently in the testing phase and are only in the Magic Kingdom. From what I was told, if this new service goes well, it could be expanded to the other parks. Stay tuned for more details as we hear them!
