Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, a special event that scares up tons of fun, returns to Magic Kingdom Park tonight.

During the event, which takes place on select nights August through October, guests can trick-or-treat throughout the park, enjoy attractions, spy spooky decor and visit Disney characters dressed in their very own Halloween costumes. Special event-exclusive entertainment includes “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show and “Happy HalloWishes” fireworks. Special fall and Halloween-themed treats also takeover (check Alex’s post for the delicious details).

This year, guests attending a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can expect a few new “treats” during the event. The Mad Tea Party will offer a colorful ride as new lighting and effects give a new spin on the night.

At Pirates of the Caribbean, new pirates invade the classic attraction to interact with sailing guests who will join their search for “Gunpowder Pete.”

At Space Mountain, explorers will hurtle through deep space as a new soundtrack and special effects transform the adventure.

And Storybook Circus will welcome the Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam, a dance party featuring some of your favorite Disney Junior Characters, including Doc McStuffins.
