Fans who miss the classic Disney show “That’s So Raven” just received some good news! A reboot of show is coming to the Disney Channel soon! The announcement was made today on “The View,” where Raven-Symoné has been a co-host since June 2015.
Here’s the scoop from ABC~
“I’m excited and sad, but mostly excited,” the 30-year-old former child star said on the show.
The untitled spin-off series will bring back her character Raven Baxter.
“I’m still me,” the actress said. “I’m a mother this time, a single mother raising two kids, and one is going to learn that she has visions.”
Raven-Symoné also expressed her sadness about leaving “The View” later this year to relocate to Los Angeles where the new sitcom is being developed.
“I’ve had such a great time,” she said, giving a shout-out to some of the crew members behind the scenes. “My experience has been multi-dimensional.”
Raven-Symoné will both star and executive produce the new series.
The original series, about a psychic teenager who tries her best to keep her psychic powers a secret, aired from 2003 to 2007 on the Disney Channel.
