A new castle projection show is coming to the Magic Kingdom starting November 4, and “Celebrate the Magic” will run for the last time on November 3. The new nightly show, which was inspired by Tokyo Disneyland’s nightly show, is titled “Once Upon a Time” and will feature “Mrs. Potts from “Beauty and the Beast” sharing bedtime stories with Chip, taking them (and all of us) on a magical trip through the most adventurous scenes from favorite Disney films like “Cinderella,” “Peter Pan,” “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.”
Guests will see scenes from Peter Pan, Alice and Wonderland and Beauty and the Beast “with a grand finale that includes appearances by characters from even more Disney films.” The new show will use “projection mapping technology to cover every nook and cranny of Cinderella Castle in vibrant images that appear almost three-dimensional.”
