Today In Disney History ~ January 10th
The Little Mermaid opened on Broadway on 1/10/08 and replaced Beauty and the Beast at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, prior to this official opening the show had a preview run of 50 performances in Colorado from 7/07-9/09. The show ran until 8/30/09 after 695 performances.
