As most of you already know, some of the best dining is located around the World Showcase in Epcot. My husband and I have a tradition of a belated Anniversary dinner one night on the years we go to Disney World. My kids stay with a relative as we usually go with the entire clan, and The Hubs and I adventure to a new countries cuisine. We try and pick places we haven’t dined at before, which is getting harder as the years go on. For our last trip, we chose Nine Dragons in the China Pavilion, and the experience was great as expected with Disney. The food was delicious! For our appetizer we had Diao Yu Tai cucumbers which were really good. They were sweet and zesty but not overly spicy. The flavor was a very unique combination. Our entrée 
was also fantastic, I had the Honey-Sesame Chicken while my husband had the Kung Pao Chicken. I REALLY enjoyed mine. I wouldn’t even let him sample a bite it was so good!! The Honey-Sesame chicken was sweet as you’d expect but, had a light crispness to the outside that was perfection with the juicy chicken.
For those of you who like a little adult beverage, Nine Dragons offers some unique spirits too! I loved the South Sea Beeze Cocktail! It was a mix of Rum and fruit juices that was perfection… matter of fact if someone could ship me another, that’d be great!
