Disney from a Teen’s Perspective: Ohana

Ohana Pluto

Ohana is a family favorite table service restaurant in Disney. Breakfast is by far my favorite. Between the characters and the food, it’s just plain old amazing!

Breakfast

I just love the whole theming of the restaurant. From when you walk in, to when you leave, you will be smiling. You are given a bread basket when you are seated to start off your breakfast and you are given some fruit shortly after your bread. After that you get your main meal: bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage, and of course…WAFFLES! Their waffles are my absolute favorite! You can have Mickey head ones or Stitch ones. The Stitch ones have to be my favorite!

Gabby and Stitch

The best part is being able to meet your favorite characters. Stitch is my all-time favorite character to meet. You get to meet Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto. The characters are so fun to be around! Stitch was messing around with my braid last time we went! It was so funny! The characters also have a little “parade” around the restaurant. You get a maraca and follow them around! The little ones love it!

The best part is being there as one big happy family. It truly demonstrates the meaning of “Ohana.” I love how it just brings us all together. Everyone is just having such a fun time together! Have you ever been to Ohana?

About TMSM’s Teen Perspective Writer Gabby Adani:
”Hi Mainstreeters! I’m Gabby and I’m going to be writing about Disney from a teen’s perspective. But first let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m 13 years old and have had Disney Annual Passes my whole life. Disney is literally my second home. I’m an honors student and enjoy school. My favorite sport is volleyball. I play for both my middle school team and the YMCA. I am also a huge fan of Star Wars.”
