Pumpkin Painting with a Disney Spin!
A family favorite during the fall season is painting pumpkins. My kids love doing this. Actually, any opportunity to use paint in this house is pretty exciting for them. Pumpkin painting is super fun. All you need is some pumpkins, different size paint brushes, and acrylic paints. That’s it!
This year, my kids wanted to do some Disney themed pumpkins. My oldest daughter (13) made a Mike Wazowski pumpkin, a Minnie Mouse inspired pumpkin, and a Mickey inspired pumpkin. My middle daughter (7) wanted an Elsa inspired pumpkin so she painted her pumpkin blue and added white snowflakes. She also made a crazy pumpkin face just for fun. My youngest (3) just enjoyed playing with one color and painting his entire pumpkin green and another blue.
The best part of this is just having fun as a family and letting your kids get creative. I hope you have as much fun with your family making these as I did with mine.
