A lot of you have seen the Frozen Fireworks at Hollywood Studios as part of the Frozen Summer Fun festivities that are currently going on. My family and I have seen them probably 6 or 7 times this Summer as well. Being a local now, we are lucky enough to be able to head out to a Disney Park in the evening, just to catch a firework show somewhere, to have something to do. One of our favorite evening activities has been the Frozen Fireworks. It honestly really IS a wonderful fireworks display, even if you think the whole Frozen frenzy is a bit much. My older son is tired of the music, both boys are over the stage show beforehand, but the fireworks themselves are fantastic.
We made the announcement this past week that the Frozen fireworks would continue on weekends in September, and I think that’s a good thing. I wish they would extend at least the fireworks portion (maybe skip the stage show) for even longer, at least until the Christmas season. This display has staying power in my opinion, the fireworks are beautifully choreographed and keep the audience entertained throughout. Even if you’re tired of the songs from Frozen, you can “let it go” for a few minutes and enjoy what the show has to offer. It’s really a beautiful sight to see in my opinion. We’re not sure what the future holds for the Frozen fireworks at Hollywood Studios…. maybe they will extend the show longer, maybe not. I know I’d like to go see them a few more times just in case they are gone for good next month. I will miss the production when it’s gone! If you haven’t seen the show yet, put it on your “must do” list, you’ll be glad you did.
