D23 has announced the return of Marceline Magic, a two-day fan experience taking place September 18 and 19, 2026, in Marceline, Missouri, the boyhood hometown of Walt Disney himself. This Gold Member exclusive event is part of the ongoing Walt Disney: 125 Years of Inspiration celebration, and this year it comes with some brand new magic and a very special host, Disney Legend Bill Farmer, the voice of Goofy!
The adventure kicks off on the evening of September 18 in Chillicothe, Missouri, Marceline’s sister city and the home of sliced bread, with a hosted Sweets and Sips welcome reception. Then on September 19, guests board transportation to Marceline for a full day of Disney history unlike anything else. This year’s event features a whopping 25 stops throughout the city, each one tied to a meaningful moment in Walt’s life and legacy. Highlights include the Walt Disney Hometown Museum celebrating its own 25th anniversary, Marceline’s real-life Main Street that inspired Main Street U.S.A. at Disneyland, the Walt Disney Post Office with a specially designated USPS postal cancellation available that day only, and even the Walt Disney Family Farm where a young Walt discovered his love of storytelling, nature, and imagination. Guests will also have the chance to participate in a Pancake Race down Main Street, and collect a piece of a special commemorative gift at each of the 25 stops that all come together into one uniquely Marceline keepsake.
The day wraps up at the Disney Family Farm with an intimate evening featuring a conversation with Disney Legend Bill Farmer, live entertainment, food and drinks, photo ops, and a “kiss goodnight” fireworks show. Tickets are priced at $399 for D23 Gold Members (plus a $3 processing fee) and go on sale Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. Gold Members can bring one guest, but quantities are extremely limited and first come, first served. Hotel is not included but special rates will be shared after ticket purchase.
