Sid Cahuenga’s One-of-a-Kind Antiques and Curios will become a service center for MyMagic+, well at least half the store. The lobby and the porch area will become the new service area while the right side of the shop will still sell merchandise. This is one of my favorite stores to go to in all of Walt Disney World. I love seeing what movie merchandise they get in and i’m sad to see half of it going away.
The new service center will open in early August. This will give guests of Hollywood Studios a location to speak to cast members about specific questions and any problems that arise from the new MyMagic+ system. Cast members will also be able to assist guests with FASTPASS+ reservations through My Disney Experience access they will have via a iPad.
