Tropical Storm “Andrea” causes closures at WDW, Tornado Watch



Tropical Storm “Andrea” is continuing to rain on the “Magic” in Florida.   There is also a Tornado “Watch” in effect until 10pm EST in the following areas/counties:

Alachua Baker Bradford Brevard Broward Charlotte Citrus Clay Collier Columbia DeSoto Duval Flagler Gilchrist Glades Hardee Hendry Hernando Highlands Hillsborough Indian River Lake Lee Levy Manatee Marion Martin Miami-Dade Nassau Okeechobee Orange Osceola Palm Beach Pasco Pinellas Polk Putnam Sarasota Seminole St. Johns St. Lucie Sumter Union Volusia.

Winter Summerland Miniature Golf has closed for the day due to the heavy rain and storms from Tropical Storm Andrea.  Blizzard Beach has also been closed for the day due to the weather.   More updates to follow.  Please stay safe if you’re in Central Florida today.
