Recipe for LeFous Brew at New Fantasyland By Janel Adani

The New Fantasyland quickly became one of my favorite places to visit when it first opened. We were fortunate to be a part of the annual passholder sneak preview for the opening of the New Fantasyland and it was absolutely amazing! The detail that goes into this area is beautiful and so life like. The Little Mermaid ride was first to open and quickly became a family favorite.

During this sneak preview event we got to see Gaston’s Tavern. This place is absolutely amazing. My 6 year old’s favorite dessert at Magic Kingdom is the giant warm cinnamon roll. Now don’t get me wrong, we all enjoy it, but the other amazing treat the rest of us get is the Lefous brew. This frozen apple juice concoction is absolutely delicious and so thirst quenching on a hot summer day. At first when I heard what the ingredients were I thought, hmmm I don’t think I’m going to like this. I love apple juice, but I am not a fan of passion fruit, mango, and marshmallow so I was a little hesitant at first. Once I tasted it though, I was hooked! This drink is absolutely delicious. So, once again scrolling through Pinterest I found this copycat recipe on Talk Disney and had to share it with all of you. Enjoy!

Foam Topping Ingredients 
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
4 tablespoons Mango/Nectar Juice
4 tablespoons Passion Fruit Juice
3 tablespoons sugar
Foam Topping Method:
Pour whipping cream into mixing bowl.
Add Mango Nectar and Passion Fruit juice.
Add sugar and beat on high until stiff peaks form
Set aside in fridge.

Apple Slush Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans of frozen no-sugar added apple juice concentrate (keep frozen until ready to use)
12 ounces cold water
3 squirts (or tablespoons) Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

Apple Slush Method:
Dump both cans of frozen apple juice into a blender.
Add water and 3 squirts of the toasted marshmallow syrup.
Blend on high for about 10 seconds. You should now have a slush texture beverage.
Immediately pour into glasses and top with prepared foam topping.
