The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the season will officially return tonight, but it appears some of the residents of the Haunted Mansion have been preparing to step out in Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Parade. We caught them practicing on Main Street, U.S.A. at the witching hour of midnight, of course.
