Readers have been asking us about the nighttime activities and such regarding Animal Kingdom, and if them staying open until 11:00 pm was a permanent thing.. Today, the local news, WFTV9, put out the following information regarding the hours and at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, beginning on September 5th~
According to the Animal Kingdom website, starting on Sept. 6, the park will close at 9 p.m.; starting Sept. 30, it will close at 8:30 p.m.; starting Oct. 2 it will close at 7:30 p.m.; Oct. 12 it will close at 7 p.m.; and on Nov. 1 the park will close at 6 p.m.
With the exception of the week of Dec. 25-31, when the park will stay open until 8 p.m., the 6 p.m. closing time will be in place at least through the start of 2017.
As as now, we don’t know any current info regarding the anticipated “Rivers of Light” that was supposed to start this past Spring. Stay tuned for more news as we hear!
