Epcot has a new counter location, replacing the old “Cool Wash Pizza” this new dining options “Taste Track”, opened in March. The “Taste Track” menu offers guests on the go a unique selection of specialty gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Each salad comes with the choice of tomato bisque soup or a side salad. Specialty grilled cheese options include the Gruyere and Applewood Smoked Bacon sandwich a fun adult option that comes on sour dough, the Canadian Cheddar and Apples sandwich which has apple butter on cinnamon raisin bread, and the Fontina and Tomato Basil sandwich that comes with balsamic glaze on sour dough bread. For those who just want a basic grilled cheese, the kid’s menu offers an American cheese. Other offerings include a roasted chicken salad made from chopped romaine, Granny Smith apples, candied pecans, roasted chicken breast, golden raisin, cheddar cheese and white balsamic dijon vinaigrette.The stand also has a craft beer selection. “Taste Track” can be found across from the “Test Track Cool Wash”.
