Ahoy, Disney fans! Walt Disney World has quietly added a swashbuckling new offering to the entertainment lineup for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026 — and it stars one of the most beloved pirates in movie history.
Captain Jack Sparrow has officially been added to the MNSSHP entertainment page on the Disney World website, making this one of the more exciting additions to this year’s party.

According to the official Disney World website, guests are invited to:
“Sail over to Adventureland, where Captain Jack Sparrow has dropped anchor to lead a swashbuckling series of pirate antics.”
The listing is labeled NEW for 2026, and based on the description, Captain Jack and his pirate crew will be taking over Adventureland — most likely somewhere near the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, though the wording suggests they may also be roaming the land.
What We Don’t Know Yet
The details are still a bit sparse. Disney hasn’t revealed:
- Whether this will be a stage show, a roaming experience, or a mix of both
- How many sets or appearances will happen per party night
- A specific stage location within Adventureland
- Show times

What About Rusty Cutlass?
Here’s an interesting wrinkle. In recent party seasons, Adventureland has been home to the Rusty Cutlass pirate band a crowd-favorite act that performed sets on the small stage across from Pirates of the Caribbean, alongside roaming pirates and themed lighting. Fans of that experience will understandably wonder whether the new Captain Jack Sparrow offering replaces Rusty Cutlass entirely or builds on it.
So far, Rusty Cutlass has not been confirmed for the 2026 party. Worth noting: Rusty Cutlass is a third-party act, so their confirmation often comes later than Disney’s in-house entertainment announcements. We’ll be watching for any updates on that front.
