Each night wraps up in a big way at the Honda Center with major presentations you won’t want to miss. That includes the Disney Entertainment Showcase on Friday, August 14, the Disney Experiences Showcase on Saturday, August 15, and the always emotional Disney Legends Award Ceremony on Sunday, August 16—each one packed with stars, announcements, and plenty of memorable moments.
All weekend long, the Anaheim Convention Center will be buzzing with over 50 panels and presentations designed just for fans. It’s a chance to go behind the scenes, get early looks at what’s coming next, and hear directly from the creatives who bring Disney’s most iconic stories to life.
One of the highlights this year is the premiere of a brand-new feature-length documentary from acclaimed filmmaker Leslie Iwerks, giving fans an exclusive first look at a powerful new Disney story through her unique perspective.
Fan-favorite events are also making a return, including the always popular D23 Mousequerade: The Ultimate Disney Costume Contest. This signature event celebrates the creativity and passion of Disney fans, showcasing incredible costumes and craftsmanship from across the community.

The show floor at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is set to be bigger and more immersive than ever this year, giving fans the chance to step right into the worlds they love. From interactive experiences to hands-on exhibits, it’s all about bringing Disney storytelling to life in a whole new way.
Returning favorites will once again give guests a closer look at what’s coming from Disney Experiences and Walt Disney Imagineering. Fans can also explore content from across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic—spanning everything from streaming and television to the big screen. And of course, there will be plenty of shopping and exclusive merchandise to check out along the way.
There’s also a lot that’s brand new this year. One of the standout additions is Mundo Pixar: The D23 Experience, presented by Disney Rewards Visa, offering a special preview of the immersive, walk-through exhibit that’s been touring around the world. Expect life-size sets inspired by some of Pixar’s most beloved films.
Other highlights include an ESPN experience focused on the Road to the Super Bowl, plus themed activations inspired by fan-favorite titles like Bluey, Camp Rock 3, and The Simpsons. And for something completely different, there will even be a display featuring Mickey alongside a Formula 1 car—definitely a unique crossover you won’t want to miss.
For those who like a little competition, Ravensburger is hosting the Disney Lorcana Challenge Championship Qualifier. The winner will earn a guaranteed spot at the 2027 Disney Lorcana North American Championship, making this a big moment for fans of the game.
Another must-see is Walt Disney Archives: Uncrated, a brand-new exhibit that gives guests a rare look inside the usually off-limits storage spaces of the Walt Disney Archives. Visitors will be able to explore displays filled with iconic props, costumes, and puppets from Disney films, TV shows, and theme parks—many of which span decades of Disney history.
