Reopening Date Announced for Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! We have some great news to share with you! Today, Disneyland Resort announced the long awaited reopening of Napa Rose, the award winning signature restaurant located at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The restaurant is set to reopen on February 6, 2026, unveiling a refreshed dining experience that honors its 25 year legacy while introducing a new creative direction.
The reimagined Napa Rose will be led by Chef Andrew Sutton alongside Executive Chef Clint Chin, continuing the restaurant’s focus on California wine country cuisine while incorporating thoughtful global influences. The update aims to build on what Napa Rose is known for seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and an exceptional wine program while offering guests something new to experience.
Dining reservations will be available to book onDisneyland.com and NapaRose.com beginning Jan. 27, 2026, no earlier than 9:00 a.m. PST.
The updated Napa Rose will offer a range of dining options designed to suit different occasions. Guests can enjoy small bites from an à la carte menu in the bar and lounge, a seasonal prix fixe menu in the main dining room and expanded terrace, as well as custom experiences at the Chef’s Counter and newly renovated private dining spaces. Menu highlights include American wagyu New York strip paired with grape fennel mostarda, oak-roasted forest mushrooms, and handmade sorpresine pasta served with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter. Dessert options are equally thoughtful, with selections such as the Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux and the Valrhona Chocolate Bar, reimagined with a refined, nostalgic touch. It all sounds fantastic, doesn’t it?
