Disney has released the brand-new single and music video “Time to Shine” from Sofia the First: Royal Magic, giving fans an early taste of the music featured in Princess Sofia’s newest adventures.
The digital single is now available on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. Fans can also pre-save the full series soundtrack, which is scheduled to be released on May 29.
New Series Premieres May 25
“Sofia the First: Royal Magic” premieres Monday, May 25, on Disney Jr. and Disney Jr. On Demand. The first eight episodes will then begin streaming the next day, Tuesday, May 26, on Disney+.
The new series follows Sofia as she enrolls at the Charmswell School for Royal Magic, where she discovers that she may be the most magical princess in the realm. As she learns to master her powers, Sofia also makes new friends and embarks on enchanting adventures.
Sofia Takes Over Disney Jr. Radio on SiriusXM
To celebrate the return of Princess Sofia, Disney Jr. Radio on SiriusXM has launched Sofia the First: Princess Tea Party, a weekday afternoon music block featuring songs from popular series such as Fancy Nancy, Elena of Avalor, Mira, Royal Detective, and Minnie’s Bow-Toons.
Hosted with special voiceovers by Ariel Winter, the voice of Sofia, the show airs Monday through Friday at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Disney Jr. Radio is also expanding its lineup with two additional shows:
- Mornings with Mickey and Minnie — a refreshed version of the popular morning program featuring voiceovers from Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, airing weekdays at 7:00 a.m. ET.

Disney Jr. Radio is available exclusively through the SiriusXM app and features music and songs from favorite preschool series such as Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+, Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and SuperKitties.
The station offers a family-friendly listening experience filled with Disney characters, stories, and music designed especially for preschool-aged children.
