Shaken and Stirred: Cocktail Experiences Are Back at The Edison. This year, the Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series returns to The Edison with seven unique cocktail-making courses packed with bartender-inspired flavors and the unforgettable vibes of the 1920s. On select Saturdays throughout 2026, guests can take part in an intimate, hands-on class led by a private bartender, learning about the ins and outs of premium spirits and mixology techniques while enjoying tastings with a light lunch.
Designed for both beginners and enthusiasts, each session is a unique experience that blends education and fun with an entrance cost of $120+ and a start time of 1:00 p.m. Beginning with a dessert-focused class on February 14, guests can expect an evening of sweet indulgence exploring dessert cocktails, after-dinner drinks and elegant nightcaps. To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, theMarch 14 class will explore the history and allure behind Irish whiskey.
April brings two exciting classes that take guests on a culinary journey across the globe. On April 11, guests can enjoy regional spirits that define popular drinking cultures and April 25 will celebrate the rich history behind tiki cocktail culture and the Polynesian pop movement, complete with a tasting of delicious cocktails.
Nearing the end of the series, the May classes turn up the heat. May 9 will feature tips and tricks on how to perfect the ideal martini, shaken or stirred while May 23 will explore the quintessential frozen cocktail guests enjoy all summer long. The series ends on a high note with an infusions course on June 6, where guests can learn how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create naturally flavored spirits.
