Savor the Flavor: Emile’s Fromage Montage Returns to EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

Have you heard about Emile’s Fromage Montage at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival? If you are a fan of cheese, you are going to want to read all about this special offering.

First, What Is Emile’s Fromage Montage?

Emile’s Fromage Montage is a cheese-themed food stroll at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, inspired by Emile, the lovable, cheese-obsessed rat from Pixar’s Ratatouille.  Guests can “snack around the world” by purchasing select cheese-based dishes from various Global Marketplaces around World Showcase.

How It Works

1. Grab a Festival Passport at the park entrance or at any Global Marketplace.

2. Look for the Emile’s Fromage Montage section in the passport — it lists all the eligible cheese dishes you can try.

3. Each time you purchase one of the featured dishes, a Cast Member will stamp your passport.

4. After collecting five stamps, bring your completed passport to the Shimmering Sips Marketplace (or another designated location) to redeem a complimentary reward treat.  This year it’s Key Lime and Vanilla DOLE Whip with pie crumbles on top in a souvenir cup.

Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli

with Brown Butter Vinaigrette, Pecorino Cheese, Pomegranate Seeds and Hazelnut Praline—from the Forest & Field marketplace

Pineapple Cheesecake

with Passion Fruit Curd and Macadamia Nuts—from the Hawai’i marketplace

Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese

with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons and Baguette—from The Alps marketplace

Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Alpine Ham

with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons and Baguette—from The Alps marketplace

Griddled Cheese

with Pistachios and Honey—from the Greece marketplace

Pão de Queijo

Brazilian Cheese Bread—from the Brazil marketplace

Basque Cheesecake

with Orange Sauce—from the Spain marketplace

Schinkennudeln

Pasta Gratin with Ham, Onions, and Cheese—from the Germany marketplace

Something to keep in mind while doing this stroll. You don’t need to complete all five dishes in one visit — you can collect stamps throughout the festival season.  This is honestly a fun way to walk around EPCOT while trying some great food and getting a reward at the end of it all.
