“Walt Disney – A Magical Life” attraction at Disneyland to Use Virtual Queue! I don’t know about you, but I have been excited for this attraction to open since it was first announced. Walt Disney will be represented with an audio animatronic, yes Walt himself! We had spoke to the president of Disneyland when we were there in May, and he was saying how well the Walt animatronic was coming along. He said being that it was a life like representation of Walt, it had to be done perfectly. I know I can’t wait to see it. Here is what Disney put out that’s important to know for the new attraction.
When it opens July 17, 2025, “Walt Disney – A Magical Life” will launch with a complimentary virtual queue available on the Disneyland app that allows guests to experience the new attraction on Main Street, U.S.A., at Disneyland Park. A standby queue will not be available if a virtual queue is being utilized.
Virtual Queue Details:
- Guests may join the virtual queue via the Disneyland app no more than once per day
- There are two daily distribution times at 7 a.m. PT and 12 p.m. PT
The all-new “Walt Disney – A Magical Life” attraction offers a cinematic presentation of Walt Disney’s journey, culminating in a magical encounter with Walt in his office—made possible through the magic of Audio-Animatronics storytelling.
