According to an arrest affidavit, Clayton Snider of Kentucky, 22, is now facing charges after Orange County deputies say he recorded a boy in the bathroom of a Walt Disney World resort.

Orange County Deputies were called to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa on October 6 to meet with the parents of a 10-year-old boy after he told his parents that while he was in the bathroom, a man used his phone to take a photo of him while he was in the stall.

According to the arrest affidavit, Clayton was said to have been able to get the video by holding his phone over a stall divider.

Deputies say the boy identified Snider as the man who took the picture. Deputies say upon being confronted about the incident, Snider initially refused to show his phone. However, he offered to show it a few moments later after he was seen using it.

Officials wrote in the affidavit that they believed Snider was deleting the images when he was seen using the phone.

Deputies asked to see the recently deleted images on Snider’s phone. This is where they found a video of the boy in the bathroom stall with his pants down.

“Upon the opening the hidden album and scrolling to the end, Corporal Suarez opened the last item. It turned out to be a video, which depicted an adolescent Caucasian male sitting on a toilet in a bathroom stall,” the arrest affidavit reads. “From the perspective of the video, it was clear that it had been taken from an elevated position, over the divider. The young male had his shorts down around his ankles and was wearing a blue shirt.”

Snider is being charged with third-degree video voyeurism and has since been released from Orange County Jail on a $5,000 bond and entered a “not guilty” plea on October 9.
