A recent visitor to EPCOT has been banned after jumping off of the Gran Fiesta Tour at EPCOT before reportedly becoming violent with Cast Members.
The moment was captured on TikTok by user @shianne_1995. Per their post, it is believed that the woman was drunk at the time of the incident.
In the TikTok video, it appears the ride had come to stop just before the exit of the ride and during this time a woman became impatient and decided to evacuate her ride vehicle and stumble down the emergency exit platform while attempting to reach the ride’s exit.

While the woman is moving down the emergency platform of the ride a Cast Member can be heard in the background telling the woman to return to her seat. One guest, who remained properly seated in her boat, can be seen waving for Cast Members.
Another rider of the attraction can be heard off-screen yelling “Call security now.”
In a second video, the stumbling woman can be seen making her way to the ride’s exit while screaming, “I’m getting off.” All the while, a Cast Member is continuing to try to reason with the woman in an attempt to get her to go back to her seat.
However, the rider refused to reason with the Cast Member and instead quickly moves down the emergency platform to the exit, breezing past the Cast Member who attempted to stop the woman.

The Cast Member then informed the woman that she was not leaving. According to the caption from the post by @shianne_1995, the woman not only incorrectly exited the ride vehicle but she also attempted to fight with two people in the boat behind her, and swing on two young workers. Per the post, the woman is said to have been taken out by security following the incident.
Other reports online have indicated the woman has since been banned from Walt Disney World.
