The beloved show at Animal Kingdom, Festival of the Lion King, has been on hiatus since the world changed due to the pandemic. Disney fans definitely miss this show as it’s on the must do list for so many. Disney previously announced that the show was coming back by summer, but did not go into detail. As of today we have some specifics that are pretty exciting!
“A Celebration of The Festival of the Lion King” is coming back to Animal Kingdom in mid May! President of Walt Disney World, Jeff Vahle, put the post below on his Instagram page!
Just like with the festivals and such, this will be a modified version of the original. As soon as we get more information on “A Celebration of The Festival of the Lion King” we will be sure to report on it, stay tuned!
