Annual Passholder Charge Glitch – What We Know

July 3, 2020

Earlier today, some Walt Disney World Annual Passholders saw charges taken out of their accounts unexpectedly. Including us! The charges were random as some got charged for four months in one lump sum, some had two some had three.  It was a shock and we have been trying to find out what happened. Here’s what we know.

We are hearing that it’s a system glitch.  One of our followers said this regarding calling Disney- I was able to get through and received a greeting that said- we are aware of issues regarding multiple charges being taken from PASSHOLDERS bank accounts. It’s a mistake and Disney is working to reverse the charges. If you have further questions please stay on the line. Cast members do not have additional information at this time regarding charges.

So basically, if you were charged, Disney is aware and are working to refund accounts. A lot of people have said that they have not been able to get through on the phone to Disney, and rightfully so because I am sure they are being flooded with phone calls. Please be patient and hopefully this situation gets resolved as soon as possible. If we hear more details we will be sure to report it right away. Hang in there everyone!
