TMSM’s Adventures in Florida Living ~ From the Dark Side, to the Disney Side!

Happy Wednesday Everyone! It’s time for our weekly chat, TMSM’s Adventures in Florida Living! Oh yes, it’s been an adventure for sure this week! Let’s go!

Last weekend, we were invited out to Legoland Florida to cover their new Lego Star Wars Days. I hadn’t been to Legoland in about 3 1/2 years, so were were excited to go and check things out. This event was sort of like the old Star Wars Weekends at Hollywood Studios, but on a much smaller scale. They had Star Wars characters walking around, music playing of course, and a new Lego display themed with the Force Awakens. We met friends out there so the kids really enjoyed the day. It was so interesting to see sights that we usually see at Disney. Also interesting, was this little video I took of some Star Wars characters riding the carousel. Take a look!

All in all, we had a fun day! It’s great to try new things once in awhile, being that Florida has so many great places to visit. I’m glad we went!

On Sunday, we went to Disney Springs to get some photos and video of the Disney Style store that opened that morning. Oh my goodness, it’s awesome. The Disney Style store is right by the AMC Theater on the West Side. If you park in the Orange garage you’ll be really close to it. The Disney Style store has adorable clothes and accessories, I was pretty impressed. You can also get your photo taken in a tea cup! I took video below, so you can browse through the entire shop from home! I can’t wait to go back when it’s a little less crowded so I can get a better look.

Monday night we did show 4 of TMSM Weekly Live. We had technical difficulties at the beginning, and I was ready to just start over… or scrap the idea this week. I’m glad we kept going though, because it was a lot of fun. Silly but fun. The feedback from this new show has been amazing, and I’m so relieved. We do our shows live and unscripted, because I want them to represent how TMSM truly is, real life, no fuss. My life surely isn’t scripted, so the show needed to be the same. This week we’re giving away a pair of rose gold ears, so be sure to watch the show on the link below to see how to win. We appreciate anything you can do to support our efforts. Sharing our blogs and videos is a huge help, and we thank you for that. Well, I’m wrapping up for this week, my parents arrived in town last night, so we’re going to try to make plans with them. I’m so happy they’re here and got to see our new house! I’ll report more on their visit the next time we chat. Until then, sending you love, blessings and pixie dust. See ya real soon! ~M
