Tired of trying to come up with a new way to tell the kids they are going to Walt Disney World? The Disney Store and Shop Parks App now have a way to make this task a lot easier! The new $99 “Countdown to Fun” kit will not only help you tell the kids you are going to Walt Disney World, it will also help add a little Disney magic to the days you have to countdown!

This 6 box kit starts with the designated adult opening the Top Secret instructions that come in the box. This includes directions, a letter from Mickey, and a Scavenger hunt with nine clues.

Each of the six boxes has a card that lets you decide the open date which lets you decide how you will spread out the fun. Each of the six boxes has a theme and activities that will occupy a wide variety of age groups.

The first box is a “Fun Family Activity” which is cooking themed. It comes with Mickey themed pot-holders, cookie cutters and more. The second box is the first theme park themed box, and it focuses on the Animal Kingdom. It has Mickey Binoculars and outdoor themed scavenger hunt. The third box is Hollywood Studios themed and Force is present in it!

The Hollywood Studios box has Star Wars themed card game and fun inside of it. The fourth box takes families to EPCOT and is full of World Showcase inspired activities that include stickers, stamps and a Mickey EPCOT button. The last park themed box is full of Magic Kingdom fun! It has a Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom starter pack that lets you play the game at home. The sixth and last box is full of Vacation Fundamentals like trading pins, MagicBandits, and an Autograph Book.

When buying the Countdown to Fun kit adults should remember that it is limited to 1 per Guest and that it also includes a number to call to receive a special messages from Mickey.
