TV Hall Of Fame Closed At Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has become the park of closures as they make room for the new areas. Recently another area has been added to the list of closures. The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame area located near the Frozen Sing-A-Long, primarily featuring busts of TV stars and other luminaries, has closed.

According to Dwayne Bevil, from the Orlando Sentinel, “The area, a part of the theme park since 1993, has been behind construction walls since last month. It will be replaced with a food and beverage marketplace, a Walt Disney World spokeswoman said Wednesday. The area should be cleared by Thanksgiving, she said. ”
Some of the busts that were included in the area were Bob Newhart, Lucille Ball, Betty White, Andy Griffith, Barbara Walters, Oprah Winfrey and of course Walt Disney. According to the Disney spokeswoman, the busts will be returned to the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood, California.
