When it comes to New Year’s Eve, anything sparkly or glittery in your look is essential.Instead of sequins this year, we’re going to do this shattered glass nail art. As soon as we saw the shattered glass trend, we couldn’t help but think of Elsa’s ice palace. The best part of this look is that you don’t need Elsa’s ice powers! All you need is a steady hand and some nail art stickers to get nails that have frozen fractals all around.
