sophiatreat

Here’s a great treat idea for you to make for the Sofia the First fans in your house!

What You’ll Need

1 banana, ripe

1/2 cup blueberries

2 cups non-fat plain greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp honey

1 1/2 cups all natural no-sugar added grape juice

3-4 cups ice

2 tbsp salt

How To Make It

1 Fill an oval ice mold with the grape juice and place in your freezer to harden.
2 To make homemade frozen yogurt in a bag, fill a gallon size resealable bag with the yogurt, banana, blueberries, vanilla extract and honey. Remove as much air out of the bag before sealing.
3 Squish everything together for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until combined and a light purple color.
4 In a jumbo gallon size resealable bag, add the ice and salt, then place the sealed yogurt bag inside and close.
5 Shake vigorously for 10-15 minutes or until the frozen yogurt pulls away from the sides of the bag. You’ve got frozen yogurt!
6 Remove the frozen grape juice amulets from the mold and place one in each popsicle mold. Spoon in the frozen yogurt and add sticks if needed.
7 Freeze the pops for 4-5 hours, remove and enjoy!
