Disneyland Foodie Spotlight ~ Red’s Apple Freeze!
We’re always talking about great snacks and goodies at Walt Disney World, but what about the Disneyland Resort? One of the things Disney fans have in common, regardless of their favorite park, is their desire to get unique and delicious food and drinks. So we’re going to keep Disneyland in the mix, and talk about a favorite of our West Coast readers, Red’s Apple Freeze!
What’s Red’s Apple Freeze you say? Well it’s a frosty and fabulous treat you can get at the Cozy Cone Motel in Carsland, California Adventure. On a side note, it looks like the Cozy Cone overall is the place to be, lots of great items to choose from! Anyhow, lets talk about the Apple Freeze. Red’s Apple Freeze is made with 100% frozen apple juice with a hint of toasted marshmallow and passion fruit-mango foam. I imagine it’s like LeFou’s Brew in Gaston’s Tavern at the Magic Kingdom, and if so, that’s a good thing! Sometimes a soda doesn’t cure our thirst, or give us that extra sweetness we’re looking for. The next time you’re in need of a sweet and frosty treat at Disneyland, stop by the Cozy Cone Motel and try a Red’s Apple Freeze, I’m sure you’ll be glad you did!
