Today in Disney’s History June 5th
Starting on June 5, 1967 and ending on June 24th, the tour would visit 18 cities in 20 days. The cities visited (in order) were Dallas, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, Buffalo, Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Denver. Stops in each city would include movie theaters playing the movie, newspaper offices, local children’s hospital and department stores.
