Disney Discontinues their Beautifully Disney Cosmetic Line!

This is breaking news to me, not sure if you’ve heard, but I had to share! Yesterday when we went over to the new Wonderground Gallery store at the Co Op, Downtown Disney, I found out some interesting news. The Wonderground Gallery opened in the spot where the Beautifully Disney make up store was. So, out of curiosity I had asked where the Beautifully Disney products were moved to, and I was told that Disney is discontinuing the entire line and all the products were pulled from the shelves! Yes, the entire line of nail polish, lipstick, eye shadows, compacts, brushes, etc…. gone.

I was very surprised and a little saddened to hear this news. The Beautifully Disney make up line was pretty popular, and yes, I had some of their products myself. The lip gloss is really nice! Anyhow, I was told that part of the problem with Beautifully Disney was that guests thought the line was for children and was overpriced, when in all actuality it was for grown Princesses and things got lost in translation. I always knew it was for adults, I guess I assumed others new that as well but apparently not. Some knew it was for adults, but thought it was a bit too pricey regardless. The last collection that was released was the Frozen line at Christmas time, to which I did get the nail polish. Now I’m wishing I purchased more.

There’s no word yet if Beautifully Disney will be sold online until the supply is gone or if the leftover products will be shipped off to the outlet stores. Once I find out how or where you can still purchase these remaining Beautifully Disney products, if at all, I will be sure to report it. Stay tuned! ~M
