Touring the Once Upon A Time Costume Department
The Disney Style blog writers recently toured the costuming department for Once Upon A Time and shared what they learned.
ABC’s Once Upon a Time is back this Sunday, we’ve been waiting (not so patiently) for our favorite show to start. We’ve been watching Once Upon a Time since the beginning, so to say we’re big fans of the show would be an understatement. And, it probably comes as no surprise that our favorite part of the show is the costumes.
So, imagine how excited we were when we got to to visit the set of Once Upon a Time and take a tour of the costume department, with none other than the wonderful costume designer himself, Eduardo Castro! Eduardo was kind enough to give us a behind-the-scenes look at how he and his team create all the amazing gowns and royal ensembles throughout the show. Our favorite? Hook’s signature jacket, of course. Oh, and maybe a certain icy blue dress.
